Products Description:

The machine is consisted of vibration sorter, valve feeding mechanism, automatic valve inserting mechanism and intelligent control system, especially used for placing the non-tube valve (refrigerant valve, oxygen valve, ect.) onto the can. The valves are entered into the tunnel after selected and sorted by vibrate sorter, taken compressed air as power, valve feeder conveying the valves to the preset position, those qualified valve which tested by detector will be entered into valve inserting machine, and the intelligent control system will placing the valves onto the aerosol can automatically. There are features as: 1. Automatic detecting the cap gasket and kicking off anyone missed gasket; 2. No can no cap placing and no cap no star wheel rotary; 3. Machine automatically stop either can less than 4 cans at inlet or full cans at outlet of rotary star wheel.
