QGQEX automatic (bag on valve) cleaning machine

This machine is special for cleaning those valves of bag on valve aerosol products after filling. It is composed of main machine frame, index mechanism, cleaning parts, washing tank and automatic control system. When the cleaning head detects the cans, the sealing hood will press on the valve and sealed, by that time, the inner valve core of the cleaning head will open, cleaning liquid (alcohol) will enter into the valve core through channel under the compressed air action, and come out from the inside nozzle, then cleaning the valve stem. At the same time, the cleaning solenoid valve will be on, compressed air will come into the sealing hood through the hood’s small hole, and blow the residue through a big hole on the other side of the hood, make them into the container through channel. Once the cleaning time reach the setting time, the cleaning head will stop washing and reset, the machine will enter into next cycle action automatically. Adopted by PLC+touch screen, the parameters and operational mode of the machine could be changed more easily, and customers could set the cleaning time and adjust the cleaning liquid quantity. Also it could switch single head cleaning mode or double head cleaning mode.
