This machine is controlled by PLC+touch screen, driven by servo & precision planetary reducer, could realize precise digital controlling. Combined two heads sealing & filling and liquid filling into one station, this machine could feed two position continuously once time, it has advantage of much faster speed, more accuracy positioning, more balance during working. The machine will stop automatically when the outlet occur less can or full of can; when we open one of the doors, it also will stop after finish filling. We could detect the fault source visually by checking the monitoring screen on touch screen when occur faults. Thus truly realized automatically filling.
